1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or browsing our website, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and TechStore EOOD, registered in Sofia, Bulgaria.

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Update your information promptly if it changes
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for more than 24 months, or are used for fraudulent activity.

3. Products & Pricing

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However:

• Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the actual item
• All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order is placed
• Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected
• Product availability is not guaranteed and is subject to stock levels

In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order on TechStore constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not binding until we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or pricing errors
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions
• Exceeding quantity limits on promotional items
• Failure to verify payment information

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you warrant that the payment details you provide are valid and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer multiple shipping options for deliveries within Bulgaria and the EU. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. For full details, please see our Shipping Information page.

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
• Next-Day Delivery: available for orders placed before 2:00 PM EET

We are not liable for delays caused by carrier issues, customs procedures, or force majeure events.

6. Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

You also have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

7. Warranty

• Manufacturer warranty: all new products carry a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty as required by EU law.
• Extended warranty: available for purchase on select products at checkout, extending coverage by an additional 1–2 years.
• Exclusions: warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modifications, accidental damage, liquid damage, or normal wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on TechStore — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, software, and design — is the property of TechStore or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at info@techstore.bg so we can attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If we cannot reach a resolution within 30 days, you may refer the dispute to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be brought before the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria. This does not affect your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent.
